The ancients knew fire as the first guru – our original teacher – the spiritual ancestor of all people of all races and continents. They honored the fire through ritual and practice, aligning themselves with the cosmic movement of light and consciousness.
The Three Sacred Fires is a seasonally attuned course of study and practice that will unveil and illuminate both the uniqueness and fullness of your spirit – your sovereign nature – your birthright – your highest expression sourced from inner wisdom, clarity and power. We do this for ourselves, and the collective.
“When we participate in such special or sacred fires, particularly at key transitional points of sunrise and sunset, full moon nights or the solstices, we enter into the universal order of light. We become part of the day, the month and the year. The universe begins to stir inside us and work its magic of growth and change. Time becomes a process of transformation, nourishing our inner light and ripening our souls.” - American Institute of Vedic Studies
For many of us the learning process, and even our spiritual practice can feel linear and lonely. While alone time to immerse ourselves in practice and contemplation is necessary, it’s also beneficial to engage with a community willing to support.
Each week we gather in the virtual temple for group practice and sacred study, to chant mantra and co-create a luminous vibratory field for us to then explore, discuss and contemplate scripture, ancient myths, and creation stories as a means to uncover and remember our own connection to the awakened Feminine energy of the cosmos.
Let's honor and strengthen our individual powers of illumination by gathering our light around the sacred fire of Source Wisdom, that same primordial spark that lit the cosmos from which we came. This offering is scheduled in rhythm with Nature and Her Cycles as determined by the phases of the moon.

“WE LIVE IN A VIBRATORY UNIVERSE. WE CREATE, SUSTAIN, AND AMPLIFY THE FREQUENCIES WE HOLD AND FEED.
By choosing to feed higher vibrational thoughts and emotions, we elevate our own frequency. When we elevate our own frequency, we contribute greatly to the elevation of the planetary vibration, and we open ourselves and the world around us to greater creative possibilities.” – Sherri Mitchell Weh'na Ha'mu Kwasset

Gather with Stephanie on Friday mornings this winter for The Fire of Self-Worth – an immersive progression of practice and study in the vast field of Sri Vidya Tantra, Mantra and Divine Feminine Wisdom.
The Fire of Self-Worth is the awakened Feminine cosmic energy of the bija (seed sound) "HRIM". In the cocoon of winter, we enkindle this seed deep within our hearts to nourish our highest desires and reclaiming the fullness of our inner richness in alliance with Lakshmi – the Cosmic Feminine Energy of Abundance + Inner Radiance.
Fully steeped in abundance, we then dive deep into the source of our luminosity with the study and practice of chanting Agni Sukta, an ancient hymn to the sacred fire, a cluster of devotional mantras at the beginning of the Rg Veda often recited when performing fire ritual. We will cultivate our own personal connection with the fire as a sacred transformational force – dynamic, omniscient energy that presides over the ceremony of life – inviting the vibratory resonance to awaken us to the truth of our inner worth and the flame of our sovereign spirit.
Each Group Practice + Study session will focus on a particular mantra and melody for chanting and include satsang "being in the company of truth" wherein we dive deep into the more contemplative aspect of mantra practice, to strengthen our own relationship with sacred sound and Source Wisdom. We will work with each mantra as a vibrational modality to heal and nourish the forces of mind, and to re-establish a balance of sacred energies for ourselves as well as the collective. Open Office Hours will allow for additional questions, practice guidance, and one-on-one support.
